What are the three fingerings for middle B flat on the flute?

An excellent question. Unlike other instruments that have several fingerings for every note, the flute just has one fingering for each note, with the exception of middle B flat and low B flat.

The high B flat on the flute has just one fingering.

One exception for the second B-flat fingering is that you can't have the thumb B-flat finger pressed during a high F-sharp.
