Flute Christmas music
Flute Christmas music is so much fun and it's the most wonderful season of the year to make music. Seize every opportunity to play your flute during the Christmas season. Here are a few ways...
Play at church. If you have a wind ensemble or orchestra, you’re set to make great music. You can play a solo with the group. Play some solos for church. Play at a nursing home. This is a great idea any time of the year, but especially at Christmas. Play-along CDs work great for this. Take your CD player or boom box with you and you have an entire orchestra behind you. Perform during dinner lunch or dinner, or for a special recital. You will be very much appreciated by dear ones who are often neglected. If you have a flutist friend or two, play duets or trios. Play at the mall by the Salvation Army kettle. Did you know that if there is live music at a Salvation Army kettle, a lot more money is collected? Prime locations for doing this are shopping malls. Unless you live in a warm climate, it will be too cold to play outside where many kettles are located. Bring a CD player and a play-along CD, or a few friends for an ensemble, then have fun playing Christmas carols! My family and I did this last year and it was great! Play for fun in your living room. A Christmas sing-along is a great tradition, and you can join in the fun with your flute. Invite others to bring their instruments, too.
Look at these great flute Christmas ornaments! Wouldn't it be great to have a Christmas tree decorated with flute ornaments? Then you could stand or sit around it and play carols! These are available from Flute Emporium...
