Just what is affiliate marketing?

It's basically earning a commission for making a sale, just like you would for selling something in the off-line world.

But instead of having to go out to someone's business or home and explain in detail about the product or service you're recommending, you just do it on your web site. When the sale is made, you earn money.

Nice, isn't it?

Ever heard of Amazon.com? You can earn commissions selling their products, but there are so many other companies that pay commissions.

For example, I earn money when I sell sheet music on this web site.
